How to use:
- Pour a small amount of oil into the palm of your hand
- Gently rub the oil on the palm of the other hand
- First, blend the oil on your legs and toes very gently

- Apply the oil to your shoulders and finally to your hands and neck. Let it absorb into the skin
- Apply generously and evenly to all areas 15 minutes before sun exposure
